Chat2Recovery (C2R) does not accept health insurance for services at this time. However, we would be happy to provide invoices for paid services to submit to your health insurance provider for reimbursement. C2R accepts PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
Payment in full is due prior to initiating treatment. Please contact mgross@chat2recovery.com: to discuss the need for financing arrangements.
No refunds will be issued beyond the halfway point of treatment (21 days after enrollment). Prior to that, with 48-hour notice by phone, e-mail or in writing, refunds will be issued for services not rendered.
Please be aware that there are no make-up sessions for missed groups.
